Why did my check out failed?
If you are having a check-out error message, you are encouraged to fill up all the fields and not to leave any fields empty.
Why did my Paypal payment failed?
You are encouraged to clear your cache after each payment is made.
You may face an error message if you do not do so in your next payment via Paypal.
Should you face an error message during paypal payment, please clear your cache and try again.
Which emails are not supported?
1. Do check your spam mail folders
2. It is known that Hotmail and live emails are not able to receive the orders.
Please contact us if you are having this issue to change your email address.
Which browser is suitable for using this site?
It is recommended that you use the latest Chrome to browse this site.
Internet Explorer is NOT recommended for this site.
What are the payment methods available?
We only support PayPal payment at the Checkout Section.
Do you provide hard copy apart from soft copy?
No, we do not provide hard copies for selected exam papers.
How fast can I receive the soft copies PDF files after payment?
This depends on the mode of payment that you select. If you choose to pay via Paypal, you will receive the Confirmation Email with the download details inside once payment has been confirmed (almost immediately).
If you do not receive an email from us within 48 hours, please kindly drop us an email.
How will I receive my order after payment for soft copy purchases?
An email with the relevant Dropbox link(s) will be sent to your email which allows you to download your purchase. All our exam papers are in soft copy, PDF file format.
Is there an expiry date of Dropbox link?
Yes. Dropbox link will expire after two weeks, thereafter, you cannot download again.
Why am I unable to open the PDF files after downloading them?
Am I able to resell after purchase?
You are not allowed to resell whether in soft copies or in prints. Each purchase is for personal and single use only.
Can I request a refund after purchase?
As we can not prevent you from making a duplicate of the purchase copied, we have no choice but to adhere to the policy that Goods sold are strictly non-refundable.
